Friendly efficient reliable service

I have been with The Insurance Emporium for my pets insurance for quite a few years now. Each time I have had a claim it has been dealt with quickly, and I have been kept informed as to which stage it is at. Following a problem when the wrong amount was taking from my bank ( a technical issue), they were not only apologetic but offered compensation, which was immediately put in place - leaving me a very happy customer indeed. Whoever you speak to is always knowledgeable, and helpful, and if they promise to ring you back, they always do. I have peace of mind to know my cat Leo is fully covered after my last two claims which were paid very quickly with no hassle because that’s what you don’t need when your pet is Ill and the vet bill needs to be paid So easy too Reviewed on: 23rd September 2022

Peace of mind

My cocker spaniel became ill suddenly last year lasting 3-4 months. During which she had almost weekly consultations with our vet. Diagnosis included need for scans and blood & other investigations before treatment with antibiotics and liver support medication.. It was a very worrying time waiting to see if she would recover. As a pensioner I would have struggled to finance her treatment, The service from Insurance Emporium was excellent they provided prompt and hassle free payments. Fully recommend
