Inflexible customer service/communication.

Missed a payment on 2nd Dec 2024. Was emailed that day and on 16th yes. But this is a busy time of year and I have ADHD and dyslexia so have difficulty with emails. No call. No retry to take funds, no letter. Just cancelled the policy. Called on same day as cancellation and they wanted £10 to re in-state the policy. Reviewed on: 30th December 2024

Good value, easy to deal with

I had a horse with ulcers, who then had an accident and tore a tendon. Both claims were handled quickly and efficiently. The Insurance Emporium were very easy to deal with what was quite a stressful time for which I am very thankful! Reviewed on: 30th July 2024
