No hassle claims at a really difficult time

We were devastated to lose 14 year old cat Yuriy to cancer. It was a truly horrid 2 months. To have insurance meant we could at least try to do the best for him and The Insurance Emporium dealt with our claims efficiently, speedily and sensitively, which is all we could ask for. Fast service and with empathy

My claim was dealt with quickly and efficiently - when it came to it and I had to tell The Insurance Emporium my cat had passed they showed great empathy even though I would not be a customer any more.
