Brilliant insurance

Excellent insurance company and great product

For many years I had pet insurance cover for my cat and three greyhounds with a well-know insurance provider. However at the beginning of last year I was finally fed up with their increasingly poor service. So I looked around to move to another provider. The Insurance Emporium came out as the most competitively priced cover without losing on the scope of the cover. They have been a pleasure to work with - setting up each of the cover plans for 4 animals was very easy and the renewal process could not be easier or more user-friendly. I have had to make one claim which was handled very swiftly and on the very few occasions that I have need to contact The Insurance Emporium, my enquiries have been dealt with politely and and expertly. There when we most needed them

I cannot say how grateful I have been to The Insurance Emporium and how they dealt with our claim for our dog Bella's ruptured cruciate, from the first call until the claim was settled they kept me informed throughout. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Reviewed on: 1st August 2020
