Pet insurance claim

They remove the stress of having a sick dog!

I have had my three dogs insured with Insurance Emporium for a number of years and different from many other pet insurance companies I have used, I have always found them to show complete understanding and acceptance of my claims. They are accurate and prompt with their payments and fulfil their coverage of the lifetime insurance without any hassle. Help during a difficult time

It's never easy to get bad news about a pet, but the team at The Insurance Emporium have made the process as easy and smooth as possible. I can access everything I need online, but when I have called in, everyone has been friendly, helpful and efficient; whats more I haven't had to hold for hours to speak to someone. First claim

Unfortunately I had to claim on my pet insurance as my little dog became very poorly with a stomach upset. As soon as the insurance emporium had received the claim form I received an email to say the claim was being looked at. Within the week they had settled the claim and the money was in my bank account no quibble. Very satisfied. Reviewed on: 13th July 2020

Claim

I claimed for a new medical condition that my dog has - The Insurance Emporium were fast and efficient in dealing with this. My only issue is that my policy premium is going up by over 200% at the point of renewal. Reviewed on: 12th July 2020
