the Insurance Emporium there is no issues

When dealing with the Insurance Emporium there is no issues with covering the costs of our dog Jack's treatment. Which is not the most expensive but we know it is genuinely covered. Reviewed on: 10th July 2024

Absolutely 5 star service

I had to make a claim for my puppy, as I was really worried (as most people are when having to deal with insurance) as I didn't need any more stress on top of everything. However, my experience was brilliant, the form was really simple and Insurance Emporium responded within days to the claim, called me to arrange a bank transfer and made the payment well within a week or two of submitting. Fantastic company

My horse needed a lot of veterinary investigations after going lame. Not only did I have the worry of what the outcome would be for him, I also had the worry of the financial side of it all if insurance wouldn't pay. The insurance emporium were fantastic, after collecting all the data needed for the claim, they paid the vets bill with no hassle at all (unlike some insurance companies), taking a lot of the stress away. Aced my horses life

If it wasn’t for paying out as quick and as easy as they did we would not of been able to afford my horses treatments and he would of died and my family would of been left devastated and in a serious financial situation which would of devastated my family Reviewed on: 2nd July 2020

Overall a great service

Fantastic Customer Service

From start to payment received the speed and professional approach to this claim has been outstanding, especially as it has been during the Covid 19 pandemic. Everything was so easy because it was explained so well. Claim started on middle of May and settled 1st July with Vets. Couldn't recommend highly enough and so glad I have my other dog and 2 horses with same insurance company. Reviewed on: 2nd July 2020
