the Insurance Emporium there is no issues

When dealing with the Insurance Emporium there is no issues with covering the costs of our dog Jack's treatment. Which is not the most expensive but we know it is genuinely covered. Reviewed on: 10th July 2024

Trustworthy product

Cat Insurance

Great service, all sorted with very little fuss

Needed to make claim for pet insurance, filled in one form, received a few emails keeping me updated, company paid vet directly. Efficiency at its best. Reviewed on: 9th September 2019

Claim took longer to resolve than was necessary

I’m the end I had to get involved in obtaining the information from my vets to enable the underwriters to complete the claim. And had to chase regularly. insurance emporium we’re emailing me to say they were chasing information, yet this was not the case and the information had been sent weeks before. It could have been managed much more smoothly. It was a stressful experience to be honest. Reviewed on: 9th September 2019

Slow but correct

Took a little while to hear back and the claim was less than expected but we did get some money back so can’t complain really! Reviewed on: 9th September 2019

Perfect

Left claim form with my veterinary surgery to fill in and forward to you, confirmation when you received it and prompt payment. Cant fault Reviewed on: 6th September 2019

Fast payment with no quibbles.

Sadly my cat got seriously ill and had to be put to sleep. The stress was awful but Insurance Emporium were kind and caring and paid out with no quibbles. Reviewed on: 5th September 2019

Claim paid, no quibbles

We unfortunately had to claim on our policy following the tragic death of my mare. The IE were fantastic in both their customer service and in the fact they were quick to review and pay our claim. Would recommend and buy from them again. Reviewed on: 5th September 2019
