the Insurance Emporium there is no issues

When dealing with the Insurance Emporium there is no issues with covering the costs of our dog Jack's treatment. Which is not the most expensive but we know it is genuinely covered. Reviewed on: 10th July 2024

Simple easy and hassle free

Wow. Stress free straight forward claim.

My dog had a tumour removed from his gum and had to have some jaw bone removed. Insurance Emporium never questioned the validity of the claim. They settled claim in no time. An absolute credit to you all. Reviewed on: 28th August 2019

Disappointed that you have excluded my dog from ears eyes and scotam.

You have paid vets part of the claim owing still waiting for you to get the last part of claim paid? I am on lifetime cover with my dog to exclude the ears on mina infection is reticulas what happens if he get the phsuedomoa common to spaniels? Reviewed on: 28th August 2019

My claim was handled quickly and compassionately with clear communication ong the process. If, unfortunately you need to make a claim, the last thing you need is a complicated or protracted process with numerous hoops to jump through. Easy, friendly and quick

I submitted my claim and heard back within 3 weeks. It all got authorised and they paid out and dealt with the vets themselves so took the stress of it all off me. Reviewed on: 28th August 2019

No quibble speedy insurance claims

Knew this co as the Equine & Livestock insurance before the name change so has a good pedigree. Have had to make two large claims and had no issues in either case. No ‘small print’ exceptions and no protracted negotiations. Can highly recommend. Reviewed on: 28th August 2019
