the Insurance Emporium there is no issues

When dealing with the Insurance Emporium there is no issues with covering the costs of our dog Jack's treatment. Which is not the most expensive but we know it is genuinely covered. Reviewed on: 10th July 2024

Excellent customer service.

From taking the policy out, to claiming, every step has been easy. The customer service has been excellent with very polite employees, helping where needed. I would 100% recommend the company to family and friends for cover. Reviewed on: 5th August 2019

Pet Insurance

Our puppy Dexter broke his leg and needed surgery to reconstruct his leg using pins and plates and The Insurance Emporium were fantastic from start to finish easy to complete forms, no hassle and easy payment, made a difficult time for us much easier. Thank you. Reviewed on: 5th August 2019

Great service, quick turnaround

Sadly had to take my cat into an emergency vet for an overnight stay. Insurance Emporium were reactive and turned claim around quickly - let's hope they do the same with the second part to the claim! Reviewed on: 2nd August 2019
