Prompt Claim Settlement

I have had 2 pet insurance claims settled within the past few months by The insurance Emporium. Both transactions were handled swiftly and with good communication from them. I was particularly impressed with the first payout that was shortly after I had taken out my first insurance with them, and despite it running into several hundred pounds the claim was settled without query or delay. Excellent prompt and proactive service

We sadly had to put in a claim early in our cover when our kitten was diagnosed with FIP. We completed the paperwork, with the vets invoices and the claim was processed very swiftly, and we were reimbursed without any delays to the full amount. The customer service was excellent and the entire process was very straightforward, and proactive - it required no followup or chasing from us. We were very impressed and will renew this year. Prompt payment and a happy dog

An Old Dog
