Excellent prompt and proactive service

We sadly had to put in a claim early in our cover when our kitten was diagnosed with FIP. We completed the paperwork, with the vets invoices and the claim was processed very swiftly, and we were reimbursed without any delays to the full amount. The customer service was excellent and the entire process was very straightforward, and proactive - it required no followup or chasing from us. We were very impressed and will renew this year. Plain English and excellent service

Prompt payment and a happy dog

After major knee surgery ,vet bill was paid promptly and without argument .Insurance Emporium meant my assistance dog could have what he needed with no worry about cost. Reviewed on: 9th July 2024

An Old Dog

We have an old dog (she’s 14 yo) with a number of preexisting medical conditions - all of which are covered up to the maximum level of cover. We’ve. never had any problems with a claim. Reviewed on: 9th July 2024

Fantastic! A very efficient, professional service

My dog has developed a skin allergy which requires an expensive monthly injection. The Insurance Emporium have been super efficient with my insurance claims and have been at the end of the phone whenever I have had any queries. Reviewed on: 9th July 2024
