Claims service terrible.

I had need to claim when the cat got bitten. The claims process is archaic involving the vet filling in printed forms and when I asked for help the customer service agent couldn't understand English. I won't renew this policy. Reviewed on: 21st August 2024

Friendly and helpful

We found out our dog had cancerous lump in his paw and the treatment he had was not covered by a lot of insurance companies. I contacted The Insurance Emporium and they we fantastic with us and everyone we spoke to genuinely seemed to care. There was no issue of the treatment being covered or payments made. Our insurance renewal also fell over this time and it was easy to deal with and they still covered all of his treatment. Reviewed on: 21st August 2024

Excellent service!

Easy and accessible to use. From getting a quote to starting a policy online is straight forward. Best money for value I could find for what I wanted on the market. Courteous.service throughout.

Our claim was handled courteously,efficiently and paid promptly, once it was established that the claim related to a rescue dog so it was not possible to provide 3 years health record.We were telephoned out of usual office hours to assure us that the claim would move forward immediately.
