Friendly, professional, efficient service

When I contacted them they dealt with my problems quickly and efficiently and the payment was made to my vet and the specialist veterinary consultancy promptly. Very reasonable and trustworthy.

Reliable, affordable and helpful.

I've been with The Insurance Emporium for a few years now to insure my pet cat Toby, and I can't recommend them highly enough. They're always helpful over the phone when I have a query. Submitting a claim is a simple process, and I've done this successfully many times now both through my local veterinary practice, where I paid up front and was reimbursed via bank transfer, as well as through a veterinary hospital, where The Insurance Emporium were able to pay the veterinary hospital directly for the insurance claim, which was a huge financial weight off my shoulders. I will definitely be sticking with The Insurance Emporium going forward and recommend them to other pet owners. They are affordable, reliable and helpful. Reviewed on: 9th July 2024
