Poor service

Be careful with this fake bank, my company paid me a salary to the card of this bank, the card does not work in the devices, the pin does not work, in Internet banking it only allows you to transfer 200 pounds, I started transfer 200 pounds from Triodos to my HSBC card every day, they blocked my transfers and the card, I've been waiting for a month, I can't get the money back, they are dragging out time, constantly coming up with different reasons, be careful !!! Investing in a brighter future

Who really needs fancy (and usually ridiculous) adverts and gizmos from a bank? I want to know that my money is being put to good use in the community, promoting ethical and sustainable models for our human progress. What could be better? Peace of mind, a good feeling about doing the right right thing AND a bank that overs all the usual services and has an excellent app also.
