Banking the right, with kindness, purpose and assurance

I have always found Triodos to be honest and open in the way they treat me as a customer. I like their focus on helping those in society ( in the UK and importantly around the world) that need a helping hand. Sometimes it's a financial thing that works but often it's opportunities or exposure. The banks information on some of these issues via print or online media is something I like. They also seem to operate responsibly and are consistent. I like the bank. Reviewed on: 15th December 2019

Truly ethical bank

I have been a customer for many years now, having savings and ISA accounts since the late '90s, and was so delighted when Triodos decided to offer personal current accounts. I switched from the Co-operative Bank which I think is less ethical and not so in line with my values. I love the transparency of Triodos Bank, and the way they support people trying to make a positive difference in the world. Reviewed on: 15th December 2019

Sustainable investment, good customer service, careful fraud prevention

I am partially sighted and Triodos have given me a large digipass which speaks. When you ring up you do not have to wait long on the phone and there is always a caring friendly personal advisor to talk to you. All larger transactions are carefully monitored and checked with you. I feel happier knowing that my bank is investing in community projects and green energy,, and even the bank card is made from plants. Reviewed on: 15th December 2019
