Triodos keep me informed and are helpful on the phone if there is an issue. I also have a business account with Triodos because they are a bank we can trust to invest the right way to protect our planet. It's very satisfying to know that my everyday money is being used to help fund projects which are ethical, sustainable and are the benefit of everyone. With climate change looming and social injustice rampant, this is absolutely essential in this day and age. Triodos have been friendly, efficient and easy to use.
