Communication from Triodos about how my money is used is clear and makes me feel like I’m part of something fair and thoughtful. Sound ethical structure & excellent telephone response

I have had a "High Interest" account for many years. I opened it because I was impressed by the ethical profile. I was delighted to hear that Triodos were planning to offer a Current Account, and it has proved to be excellent. In particular the telephone response is quick and helpful.
