Communication from Triodos about how my money is used is clear and makes me feel like I’m part of something fair and thoughtful. I have been with Triodos for over 10 years.

I have been with Triodos for over 10 years. During this time things have been very well managed and I have never had a grumble. I have phoned for advice, and for issues when I was abroad and the call was quickly answered and I was dealt with efficiently and well. Reviewed on: 11th April 2025

A highly trustworthy bank.

I started banking with Triodos Bank four years ago when I was trying to find an ethical bank having been with one of the big 5 traditional banks all my life. I have not regretted that decision, they are not only ethical but when Triodos were concerned with a transaction that I was making they contacted me on a Saturday morning to check that it was me that was making the transaction, and that it was legitimate. Problems getting logged in

When I got a new phone I had problems getting logged in to my account. I phoned Triodos and was answered very quickly by someone who understood my problem and took as much time as was necessary to help me. She took time to understand my problem and was very calm and helpful throught the whole conversation. I have always found the staff very helpful and pleasant whenever I have had cause to phone.
