Communication from Triodos about how my money is used is clear and makes me feel like I’m part of something fair and thoughtful. I feel valued as a Triodos customer.

I feel valued as a Triodos customer. When I have an issue I can call a landline and discuss the matter with a customer advisor who is always friendly and helpful. The app and website feel very secure and are both easy to navigate. I also know that I do not have to worry about where the profits are being invested and enjoy reading the newsletters which make me feel part of a community that wants a better future and positive change. Great bank with perfect selection of products and an easy to use website and app. When contacting the bank my questions are always dealt with quickly, no lengthy hold times.
