Communication from Triodos about how my money is used is clear and makes me feel like I’m part of something fair and thoughtful. A great ethical bank

I am very happy with the customer service that I receive from Triodos, it was a very easy process to set up the original account with them & the banking app is very user friendly, they keep me updated via email on any changes & general information, I find them a very transparent & ethical bank which is so important to me, I also have a savings account with them which I'm very happy with Reviewed on: 11th April 2025

Fabulous service and products.

Great app. Simple to use. Very helpful chat. Like talking to a normal person. Reassuringly ethical and equitable. And quite often they use a photo of the village of Dervaig which is very special. Switching current account to Triodos was a breeze. As was opening other accounts with this back. They have a good range. The information about them is excellent and easy to digest. Good for customers and good causes

Have had good service from Triodos had a savings Account .Then.opened current Account.Find their App east to use .There have bèen no problems with it.So not had to use telephone service but have read good reports about.it on here.Any payment i have made online or.by cheque have encountered no problems.The great thing also.is.what Triodos do with your money whilst providing this good service.You can see this online or in the App.Think we all should have some of our money with Triodos Reviewed on: 10th April 2025
