A refreshing take on banking

Communication from Triodos about how my money is used is clear and makes me feel like I’m part of something fair and thoughtful. Good ethos, good lenders, good advisors

Joined the bank at its outset and transferred my existing current account in total to T. B. Joined because I liked T. B.’s ethos, open attitude to where there money was used and there willingness to lend to ‘ green’ and ‘social’ concerns. Recently T.B helped us regain money lost when a carpet retailer went bankrupt , including aur deposit for carpets and fitting. A great service. Would not be with another bank. A completely positive experience

My experience with Triodos has been completely positive in the 6 years I’ve banked with them. I haven’t had any issues, but on the rare occasions I’ve had to call them I’ve got through to someone very quickly and had good conversations (very different from being on hold and fairly scripted calls you often get elsewhere). Best bank

Banking with Triodos makes me feel hopeful.

Banking with Triodos makes me feel hopeful. They are very transparent about their investments, and knowing that my money is helping to do good rather than the opposite is very important to me.
