Best Bank I've ever been with!

The switch to Triodos was so easy and they helped me every step of the way. The app is refreshing and easy to use and anytime I've needed to contact them by phone or email, they reply really quickly. Great customer service where I feel valued and not just a number. Reviewed on: 22nd April 2025

A very satisfied customer

I have been a customer for quite awhile now. I find their Current Account very easy to use. Their website is easy to navigate and I find it access all the information I need - especially my bank statements. I find their banking App very helpful. This is the main way I access and use my banking account. It is easy to check what items have come into and out of my account. I find it very helpful and easy to make payments with. I am confident in using my Current Account with Tridos is their security arragements. These are very strong. Tridos regularly contact me to give me advice on how to ensure that I bank safely.
