Top class service, top ESG credentials.

Moving my account to Triodos a few years ago was a smooth experience and I have never regretted it. The banking experience is first class, and it is easy to speak with someone if there is a need to do so. Triodos is also one of the most environmentally and socially conscious banks around. Five stars for internet banking and their helpline

If I need help or advice, there is always a real person on the end of the phone, and the waiting time is minimal. The staff are warm, knowledgeable and helpful. I can't fault the service. Their internet banking is excellent, and very easy to use. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025
