Positive impact on people and planet

We chose Triodos because they don’t invest in damaging industries like fossil fuels. We’ve banked with them for many years, and are generally very satisfied. Their online banking isn’t perhaps as slick as others like Starling (we have business accounts with them) but it has improved a lot over the years, and continues to. It doesn’t bother us that you can’t deposit cash into the account, as we tend to do everything digitally these days. The most important thing to us is that our bank is having a positive impact on people and planet. Reviewed on: 21st March 2026

They are the best bank we have ever banked...

When ever we contact Triodos they are helpful and effective at resolving our queries. The banking app they have is first class - with lots of functionality and well designed. They are the best bank we have ever banked with having previously been with HSBC and Reliance Bank. Their ethical principles matter to us. Reviewed on: 21st March 2026
