Ethical, progressive and responsive

Rarely need customer service, but when I do it's quick and easy to talk to someone. £3 a month seems like excellent value too know that my money is supporting sustainable investment and not funding climate damaging business, or socially unjust profiteering. Reviewed on: 21st March 2026

Outstanding customer service

Had some problems with foreign transactions and I called through and got a human customer support person straight up who resolved the problem in one go. Amazing service that was so refreshing. A real person. Based in the UK. Reviewed on: 21st March 2026

Triodos Bank for me in TODAY'S world.

I needed the convenience of a current account but with the ethical investment policies. The Co-operative Bank was always my choice but then Triodos came along. It stands out from the rest in this combination. I recommend Triodos to all my friends and family. Reviewed on: 21st March 2026

A switch I don't regret

I switched to Triodos after decades with another bank because I was looking for a more ethical choice. The switch was easy, and banking with Triodos has been simple. No constant badgering with offers of loans and credit cards, just simple banking and the occasional update. The fees are minimal, transferring funds is quick and fuss free and when I've needed help, customer service has been amazing. Reviewed on: 21st March 2026
