Excellent online and phone assistance.

Excellent online and phone assistance with a real person answering the phone every time, usually without queuing. Ethical planetary awareness and investment in ethical resources. The only thing I would like to see is a business account for companies who do not need to take out a loan. We would be there like a shot!! Reviewed on: 4th March 2025

A strong current account - with ethics

Triodos' current account offer is as good - and in many cases better - than I've experienced from other banks, with the huge added selling point of being an ethical bank, committed to doing good as a company. The online banking is accessible and easy to use, and they've recently expanded their service to enable use of their cards via Apple Pay. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025
