Triodos bank is an ethical Bank, which means your money is being used to support positive, planet enhancing, non polluting investments.Not only that but the service is excellent, and you are able to speak with a real person whenever help is needed. I would recommend then to anyone who cares about the planet, and believes in a sustainable future. Access to the current account via the app is excellent, and you know your money inthis account and any savings or investment account is not harming the world but instead is proactively doing some good. What a pleasure to know my money has a voice

I have been writing reviews for Triods do a few years now. I think that is a good sign, as most every year they have come out on top as a best ethical bank. It is especially encouraging to read the monthly bulletins which detail specific areas in which Triods has been able to invest in community. This could be enabling special needs children, encouraging farmers to be able to chose organic options and all of these areas are ways we can reach out but putting our money to work. The best banking experience of my whole life

Very helpful and listen to the customer. Asked for cardless payment and both Apple pay and Google pay have been added. Clear and transparent about 3 monthly charge. No stealth charges. Easy to co tact and swift action to help.App is easy to use.Security is high so often asks for pin. Always notify if thinks transaction unusual or over £500. Excellent choice. Real people, who really help.

When I need to contact Triodos I get through quickly to a person who has relevant in-depth knowledge, giving direct help rather than referring me to the website; it si a breat of fresh air! Reviewed on: 1st February 2026

Efficient app, great customer service, and ethical!

Efficient app, on the rare occasion I have needed to speak to somebody I got through quickly to a UK call centre who understood eevrything and quickly answered my query. Not forgetting that Triodos is also one of the most ethical banks available. Reviewed on: 1st February 2026

Triodos is the best bank I've ever been with.

Triodos is the best bank I've ever been with. They care about people and the environment. The customer service is excellent and the app is to use and efficient. The small monthly fee is reasonable: I pay £36 a year to ensure that my money doesn't fund genocides, Apartheid-like regimes, fracking and other destructive methods of extraction, weapons, oils and wars. Thank you Triodos for being a much-needed, friendly and outstanding ethical bank, in the UK and anywhere else. Reviewed on: 1st February 2026
