I bank with Triodos because I know that my money is being invested ethically, and it brings me much peace of mind. I love that sustainability is at the core of the service Triodos provides. I haven't had much cause to get in touch with my bank, but when I do, they are friendly and proactive and easy to contact. Reviewed on: 20th March 2026

I was drawn to Triodos because of their climate credentials and now I take Triodos for granted! They make banking simple and safe and now have a great insights tool built in to the app, helping keep an eye on your finances with budgeting. Reviewed on: 20th March 2026

A competitive and ethical alternative...

Triodos offer a competitive and ethical alternative to the larger banks. They genuinely look after their customers far more than any other bank I've been with anywhere in the world. What I've been most impressed with and grateful for is they don't punish you when you are struggling to make a payment and don't have the funds. Most institutions fine you for being unable to pay a bill, which is just cruel albeit common practice. Triodos just inform you that you were unable to make a payment and that's it.
