Plight staff, with eye for detail and kindness. I feel safe that Triodos is protecting my privacy and safety with my accounts. And has clear morals with a stainable approach for growth. I feel at this point I wouldn’t bank anywhere else :) Reviewed on: 20th March 2026

An ethically driven bank that offers great customer...

An ethically driven bank that offers great customer service and guilt free banking for an affordable low fee. When required I have received quick service from telephone operators in the UK. Only issues are: slow update of Google pay (now accepted), not accepted to pay cash through Post Office (please do this), no IBAN number so can make int'l payments a bit trickier (but can be done!)
