Sustainable banking with zero compromise

I’ve been with Triodos for a 5+ years and they have never disappointed me. Their app is incredibly easy to use and their customer service has been brilliant. The longest phone queue I’ve been in is 2 people (!) and they’re always warm, welcoming and will talk you through whatever you need. All this and I know that my money is being used ethically and for causes that make a difference. I highly recommend Triodos. Reviewed on: 20th March 2026

£3 a month is worth it - supporting a better option

"Value for money" doesn't fit that well as a concept when the reason you're with a bank is because they provide a current account and other finance products on the basis of more care for the environment and social issues. Yes I pay £3 a month but I get peace of mind that I am not just a cog in the machine of fossil fuel expansion and an uncaring system that continues to prioritise short term gains of a few over the long term thriving of everyone. It's beyond "value for money", because the liveability of our planet, and having more caring responsibility to one another, can't be reduced to monetary value. Reviewed on: 20th March 2026

Triodos bank - ethical and efficient.

Triodos bank is quick and efficient and always seeking to improve its product. Both pc and app are excellent. The bank is always looking out for me and protecting me from scammers wherever possible. And of course the bank is ethical and ecologically conscientious. Reviewed on: 20th March 2026
