Excellent App

I use their App to manage my current account. It is very intuitive, easy to use and it enables quick access to other Triodos products. Customer service has always been very responsive and helpful. Bank charges are very clear and reasonable. They have a new feature that provides real time feedback about changes in income and spending patterns which is a helpful tool for keeping track of budgets and balances. All of this in a bank that remains true to its core ethical values, demonstrated in its strict ethical criteria for investments Reviewed on: 20th March 2026

Easy and ethical

I've found my day to day experience with Triodos smooth and problem free. The app is also very straightforward to use. Plus I know my money is invested ethically which is very important to me Reviewed on: 20th March 2026

excellent customer service

Triodos customer service is outstanding, much better than I have experienced from other financial service providers. This is true day-to-day: the banking app is very easy to use, the advisers accessible (one doesn't have to wait for hours to get through) and helpful. More specifically, when I was scammed earlier this year Triodos not only dealt with the problem quickly and efficiently, so that I got my money back, but also helped me through a very unpleasant experience. The highest ethical bank

Top of the list of ethical banks in the UK, Triodos has a phone/screen application very easy to use plus a highly responsive chat system of dedicated agents (no AI, what a relief!) who provide helpful answers during opening hours. They migrated my current account from a high street bank without any problems within a week, as advertised. I wish the colours used in their applications were of more definite hues. Best choice for a green & sustainable investment

As soon as I discovered Triodos invested into green sustainable projects, I moved all my accounts specially my savings accounts where Triodos seems to be n the brst interest of their customers and always transparent .
