Easy-to-use, great ethical bank

Nice and easy to use app, transparent charges, ethical mission really refreshing and makes me feel good about where my money is. Reviewed on: 20th March 2026

They’ve introduced a new UI which makes it feel more...

They’ve introduced a new UI which makes it feel more modern. Plus some basic spending insights and ApplePay. Where they fall is the harsh transaction fees when using your card abroad and more flexible savings options (eg. Rounding payments and saving the difference). I’m also hoping the allow for more detailed spending insights. I’m normally happy to pay for a Triodos account but I expect more things like this in return. I’d pay a little more for being able to use my card abroad, better insights and more flexible savings functionality. Reviewed on: 20th March 2026

Good bank - useful tools

Been banking with them for years and so far so good. I love the fact that I can download each transaction separately, it makes expensing things really easy without having to create bank statements containing all of my transactions. Reviewed on: 20th March 2026

I moved to Triodos for social and climate impacts

I moved to Triodos five months ago to reduce the social and climate impacts of my money. Triodos made the move very easy (along with CASS). Triodos keeps me updates with how current account and ISA holders’ money is being used for good. Reviewed on: 20th March 2026

Ethical Banking

I switched to Triodos Bank several years ago after reading about them in Ethical Consumer and I've never regretted it. Besides from aligning with my ethics, their customer service has always been extremely helpful and I've never been kept waiting long to speak to someone. Great banking for around a decade!
