Top class service, top ESG credentials.

Moving my account to Triodos a few years ago was a smooth experience and I have never regretted it. The banking experience is first class, and it is easy to speak with someone if there is a need to do so. Triodos is also one of the most environmentally and socially conscious banks around. An excellent, ethical account.

Excellent service from the most ethical bank

I am very happy to pay the £3 monthly fee for an account from a bank that I know to be the most ethical available. The app is easy to use, and whenever I have had cause to contact customer services they couldn't have been more helpful. I have just (easily) opened a Stocks and Shares ISA too, because I want my money to work for good. Reviewed on: 10th April 2025

Ethical and Sustainable Banking

It's great knowing that my bank is ethical and sustainable and actually matters. They have active policies on handling addiction, restrict use on gambling sites, and take an active role in investing ethically with details on all these policies very easy to find. Transfers to other banks can sometimes take a couple of hours, but has always been the same day. Reviewed on: 10th April 2025
