Feel good

Excellent service with strong ethics at the heart

I’ve been banking with Triodos for years. The have been unfailingly helpful when I’ve needed it. Customer service is second to none. My account is easy to manage via the app and website- both have great user experience. And most important of all, they apply a strong ethical approach which aligns with my values. Ethical, friendly, and responsive service.

The customer service is excellent - I moved from a more mainstream bank to Triodos in the last year because I was looking for a more ethical bank. In my previous bank, it was hard to access the customer service, but it’s much easier with Triodos (I can do it via the app and the team have always been very responsive). I love the transparency in the information about where they’re investing, which makes me feel more confident in my switch. Reviewed on: 20th March 2026

Fantasti ethically-focused banking
