Top class service, top ESG credentials.

Moving my account to Triodos a few years ago was a smooth experience and I have never regretted it. The banking experience is first class, and it is easy to speak with someone if there is a need to do so. Triodos is also one of the most environmentally and socially conscious banks around. where your money makes a positive impact

I joined Triodos in 2018 and never looked back! Excellent customer service, easy to use app and the guarantee that my money are making an impact in the UK and in the world. The info on products and services on the website is always clear and easy to undestand, their regular email updates and annual report really show how triodos walks the talks on making money go further to support ethical and sustainable businesses. Triodos is efficient, friendly and ethical.

Triodos is efficient, friendly and helpful. But the biggest differentiator is the feeling of relief I feel as a customer of an ethical bank. I've previously banked with Barclays, HSBC and Santander, all of which were heavy investors in expanding use of fossil fuels, which made me feel awful. Reviewed on: 6th March 2025

Banking with an ethical bank makes a real difference

I have held a Triodos current account for many years now. The account runs smoothly and is very well supported. But my real reason for loving Triodos is that I know my money is only being used for good, green purposes - banking with an ethical bank makes a real difference to the world and means I can do my little bit to help.
