A refreshing take on banking

Communication from Triodos about how my money is used is clear and makes me feel like I’m part of something fair and thoughtful. Open, professional and ethical

I am very happy that all communications with Triodos are clear and open, and the interface to my current account is well designed and straightforward. They take a consistently professional approach to customer service. Most of all I am impressed by the highly ethical approach to banking and investing that Triodos takes, and I especially enjoy their newsletter updates about the good things they are doing with their customers' money. A fabulous bank

The online banking is intuitive and easy to use. Calls to Triodos are always answered quickly and by a human being. Advice on the phone has always been helpful. Foreign payments needs to be handled carefully - that is to say, make sure the payee has all the bank details and follows them to the letter - then it all works perfectly. Excellent and ethical bank

I moved to Triodos because of their ethical nature. I have been very pleased with the service I've received and the peace of mind knowing that they are not supporting wars or oil fossil fuel companies. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025

Triodos offers an ethical alternative to large destructive banks, which prioritise profit over people and planet. Triodos is fully transparent about their investments. It is a very customer friendly bank, always quick to respond and very helpful. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025

I switched my account for ethical reasons and the process was completely worry free. I was kept regularly informed throughout the process, and just wish I had done it sooner. Really happy with Triodos, the level of service is fantastic, the security levels are excellent and now we can load our cards onto Apple Pay which makes life easier. The biggest plus for me as a customer is the sustainability element to their ethos/vision. As much as we can do to help the planet the better and Triodos do this brilliantly.
