Triodos is a bank that cares about its customers, the planet, and its impact. I appreciate their transparency and their commitment to their values. I switched to Triodos in 2024 having been a lifelong customer elsewhere, and I don’t regret it. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025

Easy to use, efficient online banking for good

I have a current and savings account with Triodos and find the online banking app really easy to use and efficient, but also know I can speak to someone on the phone if I need to and they've always been very friendly and helpful. I like knowing that my money is going into positive investments for the planet and isn't going towards environmentally harmful projects that would be detrimental to my child's future. Triodos Current Account works well

For current account services Triodos works well. The app is easy to negotiate and transactions are straightforward. Three areas of growth I’d like to see: transactions appear immediately, the possibility of opening a business account (I am self employed) and a charity account. But ultimately it is the ethics of Triodos that win! Reviewed on: 4th March 2025
