Top class service, top ESG credentials.

Moving my account to Triodos a few years ago was a smooth experience and I have never regretted it. The banking experience is first class, and it is easy to speak with someone if there is a need to do so. Triodos is also one of the most environmentally and socially conscious banks around. Your money does good in the world

The only drawback of Triodos is they do not offer the best interest rates, however knowing that my money is being used to improve the world means I get a lot of value from them. Otherwise, it's just like any other bank: they hold your money, invest it in things and let you spend/withdraw it as you wish. The app works fine, website works fine - only thing I'd say is it's a bit annoying having to use my phone to log in to the website, but it seems that's the way things are going nowadays where everything requires you to use your phone. I was delighted to be one of the first people to open a Current Account with Triodos. Following their simple processes I can gain access to all my money instantly. Setting up Direct Debits is easy and I love the fact I can call them and actually speak to a human being. Their staff are professional and always offer outstanding service.
