My money has a positive impact!

My money has a positive impact! The best thing about banking with Triodos is being confident in the knowledge that my money is never funding harmful practices, but instead is driving positive change. I would highly recommend them, and urge anyone reading this review to consider where they are banking - is your money being invested in fossil fuels, fast fashion or weapons manufacturing? I love my current account!

I love my current account! There are so many good things to say about Triodos, but I guess the biggest thing for me is having confidence that my money isn't being used by companies whose business I don't favour or agree with their practices. On a practical point, the app is very easy to use, the bank card is recycled and their customer service is brilliant. I can't rate it highly enough. No going back! Reviewed on: 4th March 2025

Easy to get hold of on the phone.

Easy to get hold of on the phone. Very responsive to queries. App is easy to use. And, unlike other major banks, money kept with Triodos is not used to proactively support climate change. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025

Ethics come first.

Clear easy to use online system. Good customer focus. Great to know that everything about this bank is ethically driven. Very occasionally some cash machines and banking 'hubs' don't recognise the bank and won't give cash but I wouldn't change from Triodos. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025

Very happy to be a Triodos customer.

Very happy to be a Triodos customer. The ethical commitment is very important to me. The ethical diligence they undertake and the clear ways they communicate on these issues are excellent. Banking services likewise excellent, including the app. I have never had a negative issue in all the years I have banked with Triodos. Always recommend to friends and colleagues. The most intelligent thing to do

Very good, ethically driven bank

Very good, ethically driven bank that does almost everything I need and I'm very happy I can have a Current Account with a bank that works for a better future rather than just short-term profit. The one thing they should improve on is being able to receive payments from abroad into the Current Account, the process they have in place currently is extremely cumbersome.
