Top class service, top ESG credentials.

Moving my account to Triodos a few years ago was a smooth experience and I have never regretted it. The banking experience is first class, and it is easy to speak with someone if there is a need to do so. Triodos is also one of the most environmentally and socially conscious banks around. Very satisfied

I have been banking with Triodos for a few years now. I have a current account and a cash ISA. They are a great bank. I can also use Apple Pay now, so it’s easier to pay for things directly. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025

Frontrunner for most ethical, competent bank in the UK.

I can bank online and with the app. Triodos phone support is UK based. Refreshing ethical approach to banking and the use of, and the generation of money. I can be sure that my money is not being used by Triodos for product, services or investment vehicles that are not in line with my beliefs. I am a long term customer and they are my main bank account. I have never had a problem in relation to their products or their services. Always find customer service to be pleasant and reasonable to deal with, unlike some unethical, chancer fake banks like Monzo. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025
