Long time customer - Triodos is easy and works well

I've been with Triodos for years now. It is a very easy bank to have an account with, both the app and the browser are quite straightforward to use, and I've always been able to do what I want. The FAQs work ok (I occasionally have to look up how to cash a cheque - who even uses those these days?). It's been quite easy to get in touch with customer service on the phone on the few occasions where I've had to do so, especially if it was a security-related question they pick up almost instantly which is very reassuring. The only sad thing is I wasn't able to get an account for my teenage daughter as she is still too young so I will have to wait until she's older before I can get started with the right bank.
