A refreshing way of banking! Excellent service, great communication and a super team all ready and on hand if and when needed. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025

Ethical and smart

It’s great to know that you are banking with someone who is ethical and green. And now that they offer Apple Pay and an api it now is fully functional. The app is clear and easy to use and all my Triodos accounts are in one place. I’ve only had cause to get customer support once and I was straight through on the phone to someone who could help. It gives me peace of mind knowing that my money is actively doing good. The app is easy to use and I don't mind that there's not a physical branch. It doesn't have as many features as some other tech-forward banks, but it's a trade I'm willing to make to ensure my money is being used as ethically as possible. Other banks claim to not invest in harmful industries but I know that Triodos goes further and invests in industries that are helping the planet. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025
