THE absolutely ethical bank.

THE absolutely ethical bank. Excellent online experience, their app is great. Responsive, professional and UK based customer service. BUT - No counter service available = no way of paying in cash or cheques. Reviewed on: 28th February 2025

I love the Triodos current account.

Ethical unlike the other vultures!

I have been with Triodos for several years now and i think they are excellent and about the only bank that puts morals and ethics ahead of profits, something the big banks should start to learn about instead of being vultures. Reviewed on: 26th February 2025

Been with them for years and have very few complaints. Online offering improves steadily, app works without requiring Google privacy-invading APIs. Export of data works well. Usability complaints occasionally even result in improvements. Reviewed on: 26th February 2025

Feel-good banking

I feel good about banking with Triodos. The app is clear and intuitive to use - I can do and find everything I need with limited fuss. On the one occasion when I have needed to call customer service about a transaction, they were friendly, helpful, transparent and resolved my query simply - explaining exactly what they were doing.
