Communication from Triodos about how my money is used is clear and makes me feel like I’m part of something fair and thoughtful. Easy to use app on my mobile. Never had a problem.

Easy to use app on my mobile which is combined with the savings account I also have with the same bank. Transactions are immediate and confirmed by text and I have never had a problem. It is great to know that the profits from this bank are helping to maintain the planet we live on instead of destroying it. Reviewed on: 21st February 2025

Love what Triodos represents but still work to do.

Reasons for not giving higher ratings: 1. Takes too long to get replies into secure messages. 2. Not having a singular case manager when issues arise. My complaint was not thoroughly understood therefore my point was not understood which means it was likely rushed and I don’t have the time to challenge the outcome and further explain. 3. They care more about people and planet earth

They care more about people and planet earth than most banks, they are transparent, I can see where my money goes. I couldn't do that with NatWest! I'm not sure who they are financing and I don't want me money going to some dodgy place! They should shout and celebrate their investments. How many banks with help a charity out? Not many. Investing in a green future will save the world

I feel happy that my money is being held in a safe, ethical bank that isn't being used to harm anyone or anything around the world.
