Top class service, top ESG credentials.

Moving my account to Triodos a few years ago was a smooth experience and I have never regretted it. The banking experience is first class, and it is easy to speak with someone if there is a need to do so. Triodos is also one of the most environmentally and socially conscious banks around. They care more about people and planet earth

They care more about people and planet earth than most banks, they are transparent, I can see where my money goes. I couldn't do that with NatWest! I'm not sure who they are financing and I don't want me money going to some dodgy place! They should shout and celebrate their investments. How many banks with help a charity out? Not many. Investing in a green future will save the world

I feel happy that my money is being held in a safe, ethical bank that isn't being used to harm anyone or anything around the world. I love Triodos

I love Triodos… not only is it the most ethical bank in the UK (probably the World) but it is great on customer service! The bank keeps you informed, they produce an interesting and informative newsletter and do everything (safely) online.. Reviewed on: 21st February 2025

Triodos getting better all the time!

I joined a few years ago, and Triodos were earnest, but sometimes less reliable than my old bank. But they have got better (particularly switching to Visa for debit card helped), and their values are right up there with mine, which gives me a fuzzy warm feeling. There is a fee for the current account, but at least it's transparent. Reviewed on: 21st February 2025
