Triodos Current Account 6 years no mistakes

Opened a/c in 2017 since then Triodos have never made a mistake & their website is easy to use. If I phone, their knowledge is excellent, and I am treated as a person. Reviewed on: 27th January 2025

Triodos are not only the most ethical and conscious bank I've come across; they also provide amazing customer service. It is always easy to get through and my calls have always been dealt with by friendly, knowledgeable, helpful staff. Reviewed on: 26th January 2025

Supporting societal well-being

It feels good to support a bank which has sustainability and good ethics at its core. It is the reason why I bank with Triodos. They are the only bank I know which is taking an active and responsible role in trying to tackle climate change. Not all money and finance has to have negative consequences for the planet!! Feel good banking that works.

Feel good banking that works. Great banking app. Doesn't yet have Google pay but think it's coming soon and I understand why they didn't have it before. I don't mind paying a little for a good service that also is ethical and supports positive changes. Reviewed on: 26th January 2025
