Responsive and ethical

Patience and clarity in all communications.

I find Triodos exceptionally easy to deal with. Communication is excellent and, on the occasions when I've needed to make a query, responses have been both helpful and clear. Most importantly I've never been made to feel like an idiot for asking questions that turn out to have very obvious answers! Patience with technphobes like me is a very welcome resonse. The customer service team are excellent

The customer service team are excellent. Very kind, patient and informed. I had a problem negotiating how to do something online, they didn't laugh!
