Banking with Triodos is easy and straightforward. I like the lack of frills and also of obscure marketing speak. Customer service is very responsive and sorted out a couple of issues I've had with my debit card very quickly. The ethical dimension is a very important factor in my decision with bank with Triodos. Good Ethical Current Account

I wanted an ethical bank and am fully behind Triodos' ethos of investing in projects that are socially, ethically and environmentally beneficial. I pay a small monthly fee (£3) for my current account and the Triodos app is probably not quite as feature rich as those from the major high street players (though I can certainly do everything I need to), but these are a very small price to pay for putting my money into something I believe in.
