Communication from Triodos about how my money is used is clear and makes me feel like I’m part of something fair and thoughtful. Ethical bank which also provides excellent service

I have had a current account with Triodos since they first started offering them. It is easy to operate, clear to understand and I have never had any problems. But above all I know that the ethics of Triodos mean that money is being put to very good use. Reviewed on: 24th January 2025

Efficient banking with a responsible organization

Triodos current account is an "online only" current account. It doesn't as yet provide facilities like bridging loans but for day to day use it is very easy to use and the monthly fee is very modest. Utterly brilliant from start to finish.

Utterly brilliant from start to finish. Really helpful phone assistance, when needed. Nothing felt scripted and I was entirely listened to. Simple easy to use app. What more could you ask? Oh...
