I've been with Triodos for about 10 years, never had...

I've been with Triodos for about 10 years, never had a problem, only called them once and they were very helpful. It's good to know that my money is going to good socially beneficial causes/businesses and that my small monthly fee helps keep the costs down for the more financially vulnerable. Swift response and personal service

It's when it comes to direct contact that Triodos scores more highly than any bank I've ever yet dealt with. Every time I've contacted Triodos I've found that a phone call takes me within a very few minutes to a competent, intelligent and clearly well educated and well trained person.
