An incredible bank showing how it should be done!

I couldn't be happier with Triodos. £3 a month is a tiny price to pay for the incredible customer service and knowledge that none of my money is going to fund the world's evils but instead is helping change the world for the better. ethical banking with outstanding customer service

Triodos is an ethical bank with outstanding customer service. I like the fact that I use a bank which considers where the money goes, which thinks further than shareholder and savings account interest rates, but also considers the future of this planet and humanity. Reviewed on: 26th March 2024

Proud to be en ethical bank customer. The only draw back is that being a regional bank, international transfers are a bit tricky to receive as details of the intermediate bank must be provided to the sender. Other than that, great bank. Reviewed on: 26th March 2024

Excellent and ethical

I've had a current account with Triodos for several years now. On the few occasions I've needed help, they've been friendly and helpful. I like the online banking system, which has recently had a makeover, and the app also simplifies banking. Most of all, I get peace of mind from knowing that my money is being looked after by an ethical bank. Reviewed on: 26th March 2024

Triodos has everything I want in a bank.

This bank has everything I want in a bank. It is upfront about the cost of the current account. It invests in clean energy products and avoids fossil fuel rubbish. It promotes start ups that I support. The advice I get is clear and useful. Reviewed on: 26th March 2024

I have been banking with Triodos since the mid-90's, and was delighted when they started to offer personal bank accounts, which meant I could transfer to a really ethical bank (from the Co-op, with which I had become disillusioned). Reviewed on: 26th March 2024
